The purpose of the event was to discuss the progress of project initiatives, plan the following stages, present innovative practices, and strengthen cooperation between Ukrainian, Polish, and Belgian partners.
Partners had the opportunity to learn about the best practices of the Instytut Rozwoju Sportu i Edukacji (Poland), presented by Kazimierz Waluch, including the best European practices for implementing EU values in the fields of sports, education, and youth policy.
In his speech, Yaroslav Galan, head of the NGO and coordinator of the TEAM-EU-UA project, emphasized the relevance of implementing European values in Ukrainian school environments through the development of team spirit, youth engagement, and cooperation with educators.
The project's current progress was presented, an action plan until the end of 2025 was agreed upon, and the role of sport as a tool for shaping European identity in wartime was emphasized.

All partners actively joined the discussion on the implementation of key activities, in particular the holding of sports and educational events, the participation of teachers, the dissemination of results, the preparation of reports, and the further strengthening of inter-institutional cooperation.
The meeting in Warsaw was an important stage in the implementation of the project, emphasizing that the integration of European Union values through sports, education, and youth is not only a strategy but also an urgent need for the future of Ukraine.
