On the second day of our study visit to the Netherlands, the participants gathered at De Billibrordschool, Rotterdam, guided by Sofie Sergeant and Hanne Touw.
The day began with a warm welcome over coffee and tea, followed by an inspiring symposium at Imelda Rotterdam, featuring a lecture and dynamic debate.
After a shared lunch, the group enjoyed a tour of the school. Two visionary principals – Andrea Moret (Willibrordschool) and Miran Jakirovic (Imeldaschool) – shared their experiences and educational perspectives.
The program continued with a rich discussion with colleagues and concluded with a self-guided city walk in Rotterdam, offering time for informal networking and reflection.
A meaningful day of exchange, intercultural learning, and new insights into innovative practices in education!
